Ahmed is an HR Management Consultant with a combination of extensive knowledge and hands-on experience for more than 20 years of experience a within various multinational banks and local holding companies with a range of retail service providing subsidiaries. He gained his expertise and business acumen by being a collaborative team member in banking operations, customer service and human resources management

He graduated from the faculty of commerce – English section, Ain Shams University, holds an HRM (Human resources management certificate) diploma from RITI and a Master of Business Administration degree from ESLSCA business school in addition to his research in leadership and its influence on employee engagement and organizational performance.
