Basma is an HR Consultant with a profound knowledge in the field of HRM supported by an MBA degree from the University of Bridgeport in the U.S.A. and a professional HRM diploma from The American University in Cairo. She has been in the field for 11+ years during which she has established her consulting and management experience in the U.S., China, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

Basma has worked with clients across various industries (Training& development, Entertainment, Education, Real Estate Development, Engineering, and Sea Mobility) to conduct Organization Health Reviews (OHR), develop and regulate business processes, build an HR system, function profiles, and operating models, create competency frameworks and Performance Management Systems, design pay scales, and support with HR activities during corporatization.

Besides this professional repertoire, Basma also has a good experience in HR operations for she was the HR Manager for various real estate developers in Egypt where she focused on activating the HR function and managing the daily operations and employee relations. She continues her consulting work where she helps established companies and start-ups develop and adopt effective HR solutions.
