He has accomplished several things in his career, including leading the customer service function (call center and field installation & maintenance), for one of the largest organizations in Egypt, which resulted in moving their complaints percentage from a double-digit to a fraction of a digit. He also led the Human Resources function through a major turn-around for a 40K+ employees company and re-established all HR functions according to the Korn Ferry standards.
Khaled spent 14 years in one of the largest telecom operators worldwide, where he had the opportunity to move across several functions, like Technology, HR, Strategy & Business Development, and Marketing. He then moved into one of the biggest organizations in Egypt for 8 years. He climbed the career ladder and has been on C-suit for the past 6 years of his career. He is also a certified Saville assessor.
