Mohamed is a senior HR executive with over 28 years of professional experience in multinational organizations within the pharmaceutical industry. His professional experience is well-balanced between human resources and a commercial background which has positively influenced his perspective and approach to the people agenda.

Mohamed has held several GR leadership and generalist roles, acquiring robust strategic and hands-on experience within the HR sub-functions. His latest role being HR Director for Eli Lilly and Company in Egypt and North East Africa in addition to South Africa and Sub-Sahara. Earlier he has held several leadership roles in sales, marketing and general management across a diverse geography in the Middle East which includes being located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Amman for over 11 years before his return to Egypt. He has been an executive management team member for 17+ years, those altogether have enabled him to ample involvement and exposure to diverse business environments, challenges and learnings.
Mohamed is a certified trainer for Targeted Selection® by DDI and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified by the George Group. Mohamed is passionate about helping organizations identify and develop talent for the future. He has wealth of experience in talent assessment, talent development, succession planning, etc. In his corporate role, he has managed numerous projects involving assessment centers, development centers and building leadership capabilities which have resulted in significant quantitive and qualitative progress on talent pipelines.
