He brings a combination of extensive knowledge and hands-on experience for more than 20 years where he managed to plan and implement coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within real-estate and manufacturing companies

Throughout his previous corporate work experience with MEDAD Consulting Engineers and Araek – (one of Olympic Group), Omar has experienced several types of organizational and employment challenges that shaped his hands-on expertise and enabled him to add value to the business performance.

He is an expert in dealing with all employees' categories (White, Gray, and Blue collars)  

Omar is also holding Mini MBA Diploma in HR Management, concentration on Human Resource Planning, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, and Compensation & Benefits).
