Terry is a hospitality hygiene and soft skills professional. His track record spans over 3 decades and covered markets throughout Africa and the Middle East.

From early beginnings in a restaurant in South Wales-UK he further continued his studies into Hospitality Management and has a BTEC Diploma in Institutional Operations. The last 30 years has seen Terry lead sales, service and training teams in distributor partners of Ecolab Inc. In 2003, Terry transferred to the direct operations under the Ecolab banner.
