Yasmine is an HR Professional with 14 years of solid experience in several multinational and local reputable organizations in Egypt. After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Archaeology from Alexandria University, Yasmine started her career in Customer Relations Management then decided to pursue her passion and shifted her career to Human Resources Management.

During her amazing 11 years journey at Majid Al-Futtaim, she held different HR key roles and successfully led numerous HR projects in HR Operations, Organization Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
Seeking a new challenge, in 2019 Yasmine decided to explore the pharmaceutical industry and joined Pharco Corporation where she took part in the HR transformation and partnered with Senior Management to achieve HR strategic goals by designing and implementing the Performance Management System and KPIs Incentive System, establishing HR Policies and Procedures, Organization Restructure, Headcount Optimization, Job Descriptions, and Employee Engagement Survey.
